Layal jade Tinubu ,also known as Layla Holm,is a Nigerian-Lebanese entrepreneur, lawyer and philanthropist. Born on march 23,1991,in London,United Kingdom. She is the wife of seyi Tinubu,son of Nigerian president bola Ahmed Tinubu. She is the founder and CEO  of Tots Toys,as well as the co-founder of the Noella foundation.

Layal Jade Tinubu Education and Early Career

Layal  jade Tinubu is of mixed heritage, her mother is from Nigeria,while her father is of Lebanese decent. She was raised in the Netherlands in an aristocratic family. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in politics and African studies from SOAS university of London and later obtained a master’s degree in entrepreneurship and business management from the university of surrey in 2012. Layal is the founder of Tots Toys,a children’s educational toys hope and learning space that provides various educational items for children’s development. She is also the co founder of the Noella foundation, a non profit organization that aims to address key societal challenges through strategic partnerships and impactful initiatives. Through the foundation, Layal has empowered young women entrepreneurs with grants and tools to start and sustain their businesses.

Layal Jade Tinubu Professional Achievements

Layal began her professional journey at price water house coopers(PWC) Nigeria, where she served as a senior associate consultant. In 2018 Layal founded Tots toys, a children’s educational toy shop and learning space in Lagos. The venture aims to aid children’s development and learning through play, offering a range of educational items and hosting interactive sessions and activity groups to keep children engaged. Also in 2018, Layal co-founded the Noella foundation with her husband,seyi Tinubu. The foundation focuses on addressing key societal challenges by empowering vulnerable and marginalized groups, particularly women and youth, through strategic partnerships and impactful initiatives. In June 2024, the foundation launched the “Be empowered” initiative, distributing a 40 million Naira grant among 14 young female entrepreneurs to support their business ventures. In April 2025,The foundation did a second edition which they gave out 60 million naira to 9 female entrepreneurs but due to the passion,resilience and engagement Layal jade Tinubu witnessed she extended the grant to an additional 11 entrepreneurs bringing the total to 20 entrepreneurs . The 20 entrepreneurs will also participate in a five-week bootcamp, where they’ll receive expert training and mentorship to strengthen and grow their ventures.

Layal Jade Tinubu Personal Life

Layal is married to Seyi Tinubu (ST), the son of Nigeria’s president Bola Ahmed Tinubu. They have two children together, Noella Tinubu and Tobias Tinubu.
